Ph.D., President & Principal Evaluator
Judy oversees all evaluation activities, coordinates the work of the evaluation team, and participates in project meetings (e.g., leadership team, TA workstream, all staff) and external meetings (e.g., with funders, project advisors, TA recipients).
She ensures appropriate and rigorous evaluation methodologies are employed to collect both quantitative and qualitative data. Judy works with True North Evaluation and project teams to align evaluation tasks with approved evaluation plans so data are collected in a timely and feasible fashion.
She strives to share findings routinely through established feedback loops to maximize opportunities for shared reflection and to facilitate data-informed decision-making.
Ph.D., Research Analyst
Natalia oversees quantitative analyses, ensuring data collection plans yield information to address evaluation and research questions in ways that may be rigorously and statistically tested. Other responsibilities include qualitative data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. She also assists with in-person data collection activities.
M.S., Research Associate
Dana participates in evaluation planning and implementation. Her responsibilities include instrumentation design and development, identification of data collection opportunities and data sources, implementation and oversight of data collection strategies, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. She also assists with reporting and data visualization.
M.A., Research Administrator
Bridget supports the evaluation team with all data collection activities. This includes survey design, platform management (Survey Monkey), survey administration, response monitoring, data cleaning, and coordination of one-to-one and focus group interviews. She also assists with note taking at project meetings and preparation of client deliverables.
M.S., Vice President of Finance
Darren provides financial and operational expertise and oversight of all True North Evaluation activities. Services include production of monthly financial reports; ongoing oversight of the evaluation budget according to plan; management of accounting and bookkeeping consultancies; and communications with financial and budget-related personnel.
