Founded by Dr. Judy Lee with over twenty-five years of experience, True North Evaluation is a small woman-owned business that works collaboratively across system levels to ensure that goals are achieved according to planned purposes, intentions, and beliefs—that is, by following their True North path.

 

In partnership with state agencies, federally-funded projects, foundations, nonprofits, service organizations, and philanthropies, True North Evaluation manages any or all stages of evaluation, from project planning and design to implementation of evaluation plans, data collection, analysis, and reporting of findings that promote learning and application.
